About Us

The Concho Valley Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) serves as a highly visible, trusted and valued place where people who are older and/or disabled can turn for information about a full range of long-term support options, services, and resources. Information can also be accessed based upon individual choice and need. In addition, family members, referral sources, and social workers who work with these individuals are strongly encouraged to utilize this service as a single point of entry to access support programs and benefits.

Resource services offered by CVCOG include:

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Information and Referral Assistance.
  • Local Contact Agency/Transitional Living Assistance.
  • Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act (MIPPA)
  • Housing Navigation
