The Concho Valley Regional Law Enforcement Academy is now accepting applications for the 82nd Basic Peace Officer Course—a comprehensive, state‑accredited training program designed to prepare future peace officers for a successful and meaningful career in public safety.

Why Choose the Concho Valley Regional Law Enforcement Academy?

Graduate with a Texas Peace Officer Certification as a “Free Agent”  – While other agency Academies may lock you into a contract with their agency for a period of time, with the CVRLEA Academy, you graduate as a “free agent” so you are not obligated to any particular agency for any length of time.

Graduate with a High Paying Job in Your Career Field – Most if not all of our graduating students will reach graduation with competitive job offers from regional law enforcement agencies.

Evening Academy – Our Academy schedule is designed for students with existing full-time obligations, so they can pursue their career in law enforcement while holding full time jobs.  Classes are scheduled Aug – June, from 6:30 – 10:30, Monday through Thursday, with just a few Saturday courses throughout the year.

Proven Training Excellence – Learn from highly experienced instructors with real‑world law enforcement backgrounds.
