Concho Valley Council of Governments is committed to transparency and open government in accordance with the Texas Public Information Act (Texas Government Code, Chapter 552). The Act provides the public the right to access information collected, assembled, or maintained by government bodies, except for information that may be confidential or otherwise exempt from disclosure by law.
How to Submit a Request
Public Information Requests must be submitted in writing. Requests should include enough detail to identify the records being sought. Requests may be submitted by mail, email, or in person using the contact information below. A template is provided for your convenience at the link below. You are not required to use this form, but it may help us process your request efficiently. Verbal requests cannot be processed under the Public Information Act.
